Job summary

AT&T in Frisco, TX is seeking Retail Sales Consultants to be at the center of customer connections, delivering personalized sales expertise across devices and services.

You’ll use a consultative approach, guide customers through options, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls. Training is provided if you’re new to sales.

The role offers a 40-hour week with a schedule between 9am and 9pm, including weekends, and a strong commission opportunity.

Schedule

You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority‑based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance. This is a fast‑paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customers’ needs.

Compensation

Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $47,000 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.
