Job summary

AT&T is hiring in College Station, TX for a Retail Sales Consultant. You’ll use a consultative approach to guide customers through device and service options, aiming to meet sales targets. You’ll handle in-store interactions, fill online orders, and contact potential customers.

The role runs 9am–9pm, weekends, with seniority-based schedules announced two weeks in advance. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and you’ll receive training and coaching to reach goals.

This is a fast‑paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs. Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals! Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $42,030 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.
