Job summary

AT&T in Frederick, MD is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant. On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative approach to guide customers through their options, turning questions into solutions and building lasting relationships.

You’ll join a community-focused team, handle online orders and outbound calls, and work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, with paid training to help you hit goals.

• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• Be adaptable in a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.

• This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs.

Our new Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $53,500 – $75,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
