AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Arlington, VA. You will guide customers through their options with a consultative sales approach and actively participate in the local community by events and filling online orders.

You’ll work a 40-hour weekly schedule, including weekends, with flexibility to meet customer needs in a fast-paced environment as you learn and grow with training provided for success.

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules planned 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment where you’ll stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training will be provided to help you meet goals.

• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Our new Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $58,800 – $75,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
