AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers with personalized sales expertise on the floor, guiding options and closing deals. The role emphasizes service, product knowledge, and community involvement in events and online orders.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with advance notices. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and we provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals.

• This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $58,857 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.
