Job summary

AT&T in Denton is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers select from our full suite of products, earn commission, and grow with a dynamic team. You’ll use a consultative approach on the sales floor and support customers through the buying journey.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based planning and robust onboarding. Prior retail experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you meet goals.

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed.

• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs.

Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $47,000 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.
