AT&T in the United States is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers with personalized sales expertise and a consultative approach. You’ll guide choices from AT&T devices and services, building lasting relationships and helping customers meet targets with uncapped commission potential.

You’ll work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks of advance seniority-based scheduling.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us.

Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $47,000 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.
