Job summary

AT&T in Branson, MO seeks a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers with a consultative sales approach on available options and to participate in community events. You’ll fill online orders, make outbound calls to customers, and work a varied schedule 9am–9pm including weekends.

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and AT&T offers hands-on training, uncapped commission opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package to support you as you grow with the team.

Our Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $17.12 - $21.50 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
