Job summary

K&G Fashion Superstore in Berwyn, IL has immediate openings for Retail Sales Consultants to deliver a world-class customer experience. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and contribute to a positive, high-energy sales floor.

As part of a dynamic team, you will participate in team selling, merchandising, stock counts, and maintain fitting rooms while providing exceptional service. Flexible schedules and ongoing discounts across Tailored Brands stores are offered.

Responsibilities

• Engage as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results.
• Build relationships with customers from greeting to merchandise selection and post-sale follow-up.
• Encourage and participate in team selling to meet store sales goals.
• Assist with merchandising, set up, and store-related projects, and conduct stock counts.
• Monitor fitting rooms and return merchandise to sales floor as needed.
• Process purchases, exchanges, store credits, and returns following SOPs.
• Ensure the sales floor is stocked and merchandised per guidelines.

Our Retail Sales Consultant s are responsible for all aspects of the customer experience including, but not limited to:

• Engage as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results.
• Build a relationship with your customer from greeting, answering questions and assisting in merchandise selection through post-sale contact.
• Continuously encourage and participate in team selling and positively impact the achievement of the store sales volume and metrics goals.
• Assist with visually merchandising, set up, and other store-related projects, as well as conducting merchandise stock counts.
• Assi st in monitoring and maintain the fitting room areas including returning merchandise to the sales floor as needed.
• Handle and accurately following standard operating procedures for all customer purchases, exchanged, store credits and returns
• Ensuring the sales floor in your assigned area is stocked and maintain merchandising guidelines according to specified parameters (color, sizing, and category)

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift , frequently bend, squat and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and or supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
