AT&T in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through the latest devices and services with a consultative sales approach.

You’ll help customers understand options, participate in community events, and handle online orders while working a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends.

Starting salary ranges from $46,400 to $75,000 with uncapped commissions; earnings depend on performance, geography, experience, and training.

GENERAL DUTIES

GENERAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS WHICH ARE NORMALLY REQUIRED:

• Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Stay up to date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools.
• Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
• Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers.

The successful candidate will be able to perform the following with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to complete all paperwork completely, accurately, in a timely manner
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax
• Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate may be required.
• Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures.
• Submit all transaction journals on a daily basis.
• Assists with inventory maintenance
• May be required to wear a uniform

Desired Qualifications:

• 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.

Retail Sales Consultants are paid a competitive hourly rate and can earn additional monthly commission dollars by meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives!

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, this is where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Our new Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $46,400 to $75,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
