Role Overview

Mobile Associates (MAs) work as part of a retail team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, focusing on customer needs, building relationships, and educating customers on device and service solutions. This role is developmental, with opportunities for promotion to Mobile Expert after training.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent customer service and build loyalty by assisting customers online, via Customer Care, and in-store.
  2. Demonstrate the latest technology and accessories to customers.
  3. Engage in personalized selling to find solutions that meet customer needs.
  4. Guide customers through their purchase with thoughtful questions and expert advice.
  5. Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.
  6. Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, plan benefits, and troubleshooting.
  7. Complete training on store operations, systems, and resources.
  8. Collaborate with team members across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Ideal Candidate
  • Enthusiastic about learning and building customer relationships.
  • Competitive and confident in a sales environment.
  • Willing to work with peers and leadership to share best practices.
  • Capable of balancing customer service with performance goals.

Minimum Requirements
