Arch Telecoms Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. Our MAs thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are their first focus. They build meaningful connections with customers, uncover needs, and educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions. This role is a learning position, with opportunities for promotion to Mobile Expert after training.

What you'll do in your role

Learn and build proficiency in customer service while providing a best-in-class experience and building loyalty by:

  • Helping customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store
  • Exploring individual needs and demonstrating the latest technology in-store
  • Selling personalized solutions, accessories, and IoT devices
  • Guiding customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and expertise

Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy. Become proficient in digital tools to demonstrate:

  • Coverage and network quality in customers' neighborhoods
  • Plans and services that enable unlimited connectivity
  • Device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting

Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and processes. Build relationships with employees across channels to:

  • Own the customer experience and resolve issues seamlessly
  • Identify and hand off small business leads
  • Develop strong peer relationships and accountability
  • Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
The ideal candidate will bring

  • Willingness to learn from peers and leaders
  • Ability to balance customer experience with performance goals
  • At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience; retail preferred
