Role Overview

As a Mobile Associate, you will work as part of a retail team to bring the brand to life. You will be a brand ambassador, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, demonstrating products, and building meaningful relationships. It is also a learning role, with opportunities to advance to a Mobile Expert after training.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
2. Assist customers in selecting devices and accessories, including IoT devices.
3. Guide customers through their purchase with thoughtful questions and expert advice.
4. Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services.
5. Complete training on in-store systems, processes, and products.
6. Collaborate with team members and other channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
