Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services.
• Drive retail sales by meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to maximize store sales.
