This full-time position is scheduled during store hours:

• Monday – Saturday

As a Hybrid Market-Wide Sales Associate, you'll work on-site at The Home Depot, processing customer orders received via email and performing administrative duties. You will engage with customers, suggest products, and share product knowledge to drive sales. You will report to the Regional Manager and build relationships with DIYers, contractors, and other end users of PPG Paints.

Primary Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple Home Depot locations to provide excellent customer service and work efficiently with store staff.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to increase business opportunities.
• Promote the PPG brand by recommending products to enhance the shopping experience.
• Explain product benefits, functions, and usage methods to achieve the best results.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least one year of retail or sales experience working directly with customers.
• Experience in store operations, inventory management, or merchandising is highly desirable.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Dependable transportation to report to various store locations.
