OVERVIEW:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our store teammates are passionate about creating a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and ability to prioritize.

  1. Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
  2. Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.
  3. Promote company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).
  4. Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Company information.
  5. Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customer) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
  6. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
  7. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
