Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods in Minnetonka, MN is seeking store teammates to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with their needs, and uphold merchandising standards across the floor with high brand execution.

Responsibilities include promoting loyalty programs, ensuring safety and loss-prevention procedures, and contributing to an inclusive, respectful store environment with a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking. Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customer) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Targeted Pay Range: $15.50 - $24.25. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered.
