What you'll do in your role:

• Assist customers online, in-store, or via Customer Care, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Demonstrate the latest technology and explore customer needs.
• Recommend personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through their purchase with questions, answers, and expertise.

Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy. Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and troubleshooting. Complete training on systems, processes, and product knowledge. Build relationships across channels, resolve issues, and identify small business leads. Develop strong peer relationships and enjoy providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate:

• Is competitive and confident in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Willing to learn and share best practices with peers and leaders.
• Has at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.
