Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service as outlined in the customer service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Set and track sales goals to improve selling skills.
• Follow all company policies and procedures as listed in manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote sales per product knowledge guide.
• Strive to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Protect company assets and report potential fraud risk.
