Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service to entering customers and assist multiple customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track sales performance.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures as documented in manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations, including completing work and cleanup lists, shipments, and store maintenance.
• Utilize merchandising guidance to present products and promote sales.
• Consistently strive to achieve or exceed sales targets and communicate needs to management.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions and report relevant information.
• Protect company assets and financial information by following internal controls.
