Our Mobile Associates work as part of a retail team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy around our products and services, focusing on customer needs. This role is designed as a learning position, with opportunities to advance to Mobile Expert after training.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing excellent customer service and building loyalty.
  • Assisting customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Demonstrating the latest technology and offering personalized solutions.
  • Guiding customers through their purchasing experience with expertise and patience.
  • Using digital tools to enhance customer interactions and demonstrate coverage, plans, and services.
  • Completing training on systems, processes, and product knowledge.
  • Building relationships with team members and collaborating across channels.
Ideal candidates will have:
  • A desire to learn and connect with customers.
  • Confidence and drive to succeed in sales.
  • Teamwork skills and a willingness to learn from peers and leaders.
  • At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.
