How our Selling Colleagues spend their day

• Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact, wearing their name badge with pride and greeting teammates with a warm hello.
• Help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers, reviewing sales goals and learning about new arrivals, top‑selling items, current trends and promotions.
• On the floor, focus on the customer – offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to build lasting relationships.
• Throughout the day, maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves.
• Finish strong by sharing the Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank‑you using the customer’s name.
• Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities.

Who You Are

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Communicate and collaborate with customers and colleagues.
• Meet daily sales goal challenges.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
• Resourceful, eager to start new ventures, and able to adapt to changing priorities; can work independently but excels in team dynamics.
• Handle electronic devices with ease.

Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform

• Speaking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours; lifting at least 25 lbs.; stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level.
• Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, to process transactions.
