Job summary

IKEA in Bolingbrook, IL is hiring a Permanent, Full-Time Hourly Associate to join our store team. You’ll assist customers, offer advice on home furnishing solutions, and help keep the sales floor tidy and well stocked to create a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications include 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in home furnishings. Schedule requires evenings and weekends. The starting pay ranges from $17.58 to $20.22 per hour, and benefits are eligible.

HOURS - From 34-40 hours per week (HL3) // Benefits Eligible
SHIFTS –This role is in a retail environment, so evening and weekend availability will be required to support store operations and our customers.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 17.58 USD to 20.22 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
