Job Description

Our MAs work as part of a retail team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are their first focus, building meaningful connections with customers by understanding their needs and recommending device and service solutions. This role is a learning position, where you will develop skills and expertise in preparation for a promotion to Mobile Expert after training.

What you'll do in your role:

  • Assist customers by continuing their shopping journey online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Explore customer needs and demonstrate the latest technology.
  • Sell personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
  • Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and expertise.

Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy. Become proficient in digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and troubleshooting. Complete training on store experience, systems, and resources. Build relationships across channels, resolve issues, and identify small business leads.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a strong desire to learn and connect with customers.
  • Be competitive and confident in a sales environment.
  • Willing to learn and share best practices with peers and leaders.
  • Have at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.
