Job summary

Batteries Plus in Texas is seeking a Store Associate to be the face of our brand, helping customers find the right solutions and supporting daily operations.

You will greet customers, assess needs, perform transactions, assist with battery testing and installations, stock displays, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment. This role emphasizes teamwork and a customer-first mindset with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Team player with professionalism and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and cash register operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities
