Job summary

GALLS, the leading provider of uniforms and equipment for public safety professionals, seeks a Retail Sales Associate to help customers on the sales floor, process transactions, assist with uniform sizing, and guide selections to meet needs.

You will greet customers, maintain appealing merchandise displays, operate POS systems, and collaborate with store teams to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Friendly, honest and dependable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful and able to find information when needed.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly with a smile and assist their needs.
• Replenish merchandise and monitor floor stock for proper presentation.
• Complete housekeeping to keep store clean and orderly.
• Provide sizing, fittings, and measurements for alterations.
• Communicate with Branch Operations, Sales, and other teams.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned and cross-trained.
