Job summary

Jockey is seeking an energetic Sales Associate for our Seattle, WA location. You will deliver exceptional customer service, greet guests warmly, and use product knowledge to meet their needs while promoting Jockey Rewards membership.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service following store policies.
• Greet guests warmly and promote products with suggestive selling.
• Engage guests to identify needs and offer solutions with product knowledge.
• Promote rewards programs and customer memberships.
• Assist with merchandising, stock, and inventory management.
• Handle sales transactions accurately at the register.
