Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate at our Fort Wayne thrift store. This part-time role offers $13.50 per hour and 25 hours per week, with evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

You will greet customers, operate the register, restock merchandise, keep displays neat, and work with teammates to meet daily sales goals. Training is provided, along with employee discounts and support from store leadership.

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Retail Sales Associate to provide great customer service, keep the store organized, and jump in where needed, while creating a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.
