Job summary

Wild Fork is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver a high-touch, chef-inspired shopping experience. You will engage guests with product knowledge, meal inspiration, and hospitality, while maintaining a clean, well-stocked store and assisting with opening/closing duties.

You will work in walk-in freezers and cold environments, handling cash and merchandising to meet sales goals. Flexible schedules, full-time and part-time roles, and monthly bonus potential are available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail, grocery, hospitality, or food experience required.
• Strong customer service skills with enthusiasm for food and culinary exploration.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working in extremely cold temperatures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk 8-10 hours.
• Flexible scheduling (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Basic math skills for cash handling; POS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, engaging customer experience and drive sales.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products to maintain a full, fresh store.
• Handle cash, operate the POS, and perform opening/closing duties.
• Work in walk-in freezer and follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and participate in training and development.
