EZCORP, Inc. is hiring for a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Member at EZPawn in Summit, IL. This role focuses on helping customers with sales and pawn transactions in a fast-paced store environment.

Start in a 5-week paid training program with raises and promotion potential; complete the program to become a Pawnbroker, with opportunities to advance to Lead Pawnbroker and eventually Assistant Manager through a structured training path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test after offer.
• Knowledge of pawned items is a plus; sales background is a plus; bilingual is a plus.

• Greet customers and assist with sales and loans.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and respectful service to customers.
