Portland Leather Goods is seeking a customer-focused associate to greet shoppers at the Tanger Outlets in Sevierville, TN. You will help customers, maintain an organized space, and ensure products are well presented while learning our POS system and payment procedures.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, a teamwork mindset, and reliability for weekend shifts. We offer an engaging environment with a passion for leather goods and customer delight.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required.
• Customer service/retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and ability to learn new systems; Shopify experience is a plus.
