The Role

A Visionworks Optical Specialist/Retail Sales Associate is the face of our business, ensuring the best journey for every patient and customer. They are trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/services, and managed vision care, guiding customers through their eyewear needs in a simple, human, and bold way.

• Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring excellent customer/patient experience
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services to meet their eye care needs
• Measure eyewear for patients/customers and maintain product knowledge through ongoing training
• Support store operations including restocking, merchandising, and order fulfillment

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related customer or patient experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
