Job Summary

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Basic computer skills and knowledge
• Provide excellent customer service by meeting clients’ needs professionally
• Engage with clients to build relationships and understand their needs
• Make product and service recommendations
• Maintain minimum sales requirements
• Multi-task by cleaning beds and engaging new clients
• Maintain cleanliness of salon areas, including tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced environment, upholding company policies

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend at the waist to clean equipment
• Lift or assist in lifting heavy items
• Bend to pick up trash, towels, etc.
• Perform cleaning functions such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing
