Job Summary

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Utilize basic computer skills to assist clients and manage operations
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client needs are met professionally
• Build relationships with clients and understand their preferences
• Recommend products and services appropriately
• Meet minimum sales requirements
• Multi-task effectively, such as cleaning beds and engaging clients
• Maintain cleanliness of salon areas including tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, upbeat environment while adhering to company policies

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend at the waist for cleaning tasks
• Lift or assist in lifting heavy items
