Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer product recommendations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store success.
• Stay informed about current products, trends, and promotions to provide up-to-date information to customers.
• Support visual merchandising of the store.
• Maintain store standards, including the back of house.
• Maintain personal presentation standards as a role model for the brand.
• Ensure products are properly tagged with accurate pricing and information.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling various payment methods.
• Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization.
• Replenish the shop floor as needed.
• Communicate daily needs with management.

Requirements

• Highly motivated and interested in fashion.
• Target-driven with retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to interact in a loud and busy environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive activities.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders and use stepping stools.
• Flexible to work weekends and evenings.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.
• Spanish speaking ability is a plus but not required.
