We are currently looking for the right Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team!

$11.00 to $13.00 per hour

We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process! Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $1.75 per hour ON TOP OF YOUR HOURLY RATE.

Position Summary

Seeking entry-level, part-time sales associates at our pawn store locations nationwide. The role involves engaging with customers, processing sales and loans, and working with various merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more. Compensation includes hourly wages plus commissions based on productivity.

Responsibilities

1. Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
2. Perform store opening and closing procedures.
3. Maintain the sales floor and merchandise displays.
4. Process sales and loan transactions according to policies and regulations.
5. Handle cash and negotiable items securely.
6. Answer incoming calls professionally.
7. Explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions.
8. Communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
9. Create a positive customer experience.
10. Complete required training.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age of 18 years, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and perform basic math.
• Preferred cash handling experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
