We are currently looking for the right Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team! We offer an hourly wage plus commission, with associates earning up to 8% on transactions, which could add an average of $5.30 per hour on top of your base pay.

Position Summary

Seeking entry-level, part-time sales associates across nationwide pawn store locations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, maintaining the sales floor, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves engaging with a wide variety of merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, tools, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

The position offers hourly pay plus commission based on productivity. Actual earnings depend on location, experience, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform open/close procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle sales and loan transactions according to policies and regulations.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in basic math and cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations and on weekends/holidays.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.

Commission Plan
