Job Title: Part-Time Retail Sales Associate

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The position offers an hourly wage of $10.00 to $13.00, with an easily achievable commission structure that pays for every transaction processed. Associates can earn up to 8% commission on transactions, potentially adding an average of $1.24 per hour on top of the base pay.

Position Summary

This entry-level, part-time position involves working in our pawn store locations nationwide. The associate will assist with customer service, processing sales and loans, and engaging with customers in a professional manner. The role involves handling a variety of merchandise, including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms (in FFL locations).

Responsibilities

1. Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures.
