We are currently looking for the right Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team! We offer an hourly wage of $14.00 to $18.00 per hour, plus commission opportunities. Our associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $5.06 per hour on top of your base pay.

Seeking entry-level, part-time sales associates in pawn store locations nationwide. Responsibilities include greeting, engaging with customers, processing sales and loans, handling merchandise, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The role offers hourly pay plus commission based on productivity.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle sales and loan transactions per policies.
• Manage cash and negotiable items.
• Answer calls and communicate legal aspects of transactions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Complete training and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work with firearms and obtain certification if applicable.
• Minimum age 18, High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and team orientation.
• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and POS system experience.
