Description

We are currently seeking entry-level, part-time retail sales associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. The role involves engaging with customers, processing sales and loans, and working with a variety of merchandise, including jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

The position offers hourly wages plus commissions, with potential earnings based on productivity.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise display.
• Handle sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Manage cash and negotiable items securely.
• Answer incoming calls professionally.
• Explain legal aspects of transactions to customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Participate in training and perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, push, and pull for extended periods.
• Willingness to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age of 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate, able to operate POS systems.

Commission Plan

Employees can earn 2-8% commission based on gross profit, with details provided during the interview.
