Description

We are currently looking for entry-level, part-time retail sales associates to join our team at pawn store locations nationwide. The role involves engaging with customers, processing sales and loans, and handling various merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

The position offers hourly wages plus commission, with potential earnings based on productivity. Responsibilities include greeting customers, performing transactions, maintaining the sales floor, and providing excellent customer service.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and become certified.
• Minimum age of 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and in multiple locations.
• Computer literacy, including POS systems.

Commission Plan

Employees can earn 2-8% commission based on gross profit, with details provided during the interview. Pay rates will meet or exceed local minimum wages. Additional benefits include Earned Wage Access, 401K, and employee discounts.
