We are currently looking for the right

Part-Time Retail Sales Associate

to join our team! We offer an hourly wage plus commission, with potential to earn up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $2.73 per hour on top of your base rate.

Position Summary

Seeking entry-level, part-time sales associates at our pawn stores nationwide. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, maintaining the sales floor, and providing excellent customer service. The role offers hourly pay plus commissions based on productivity, with actual earnings depending on various factors.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and engaging customers to recommend financial solutions.
• Performing open/close procedures.
• Maintaining the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handling sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Communicating with customers about pawn and buy transactions.
• Providing excellent customer service and completing training.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, push, pull for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age 18, High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work in a team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic math, cash handling preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate, able to operate POS systems.

Commission Plan

Potential to earn 2-8% commission based on personal gross profit performance, details provided during interview.
