We are currently looking for the right Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team! Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $1.97 per hour ON TOP OF YOUR HOURLY RATE.

Position Summary

Seeking entry-level, part-time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The role involves engaging with customers, processing sales and loans, and working with various merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms (where applicable). The position offers hourly wages plus commission based on productivity.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle sales and loan transactions according to policies and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Complete training and perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and become certified (if applicable).
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work in a team.
• Ability to multi-task, perform basic math, and work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and cash handling experience preferred.

Commission Plan

Pawnbrokers can earn 2-8% commission based on gross profit, with details provided during the interview. Pay rates will not be below local minimum wages. Additional benefits include Earned Wage Access, 401K, and employee discounts.
