We are currently seeking Part-Time Retail Sales Associates to join our team! Our associates can earn up to 8% commission on transactions, potentially adding an average of $2.43 per hour on top of your base pay.

Position Summary

Seeking entry-level, part-time sales associates in our pawn stores nationwide. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, maintaining the sales floor, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves engaging with a variety of merchandise, including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Communicate effectively about pawn and buy transactions.
• Work collaboratively to create positive customer experiences.
• Complete required training and perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, push, and pull for extended periods.
• Willingness to work with firearms and obtain certification if required.
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work as part of a team.
• Proficient in basic math and cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and POS operation skills.
