We are currently looking for the right Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team! The role offers an hourly wage, PLUS commission based on productivity. Our associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $1.00 per hour on top of your base pay.

Position Summary

Seeking entry-level, part-time sales associates at our pawn store locations nationwide. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, maintaining the sales floor, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves working with jewelry, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle sales, loans, and cash transactions according to policies.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Complete training and perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, push, and pull for extended periods.
• Willingness to work with firearms and become certified.
• Minimum age 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work in a team.
• Proficient in basic math and cash handling preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and POS system operation skills.
