We are currently looking for the right Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team! Our retail sales associates can earn up to 8% commission on transactions, which could average an additional $1.35 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

Position Summary

Seeking entry-level, part-time sales associates at our pawn store locations nationwide. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, maintaining the sales floor, and providing excellent customer service. The role offers hourly pay plus commissions based on productivity.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle sales and loan transactions according to policies.
• Manage cash and negotiable items.
• Answer incoming calls and communicate legal aspects of transactions.
• Create a positive customer experience.
• Complete required training and perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age 18, High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work in a team.
• Proficient in basic math and cash handling preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate, able to operate POS systems.
