Responsibilities include:

• Engage as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results.
• Build relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale contact.
• Demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
• Participate in team selling and contribute to achieving store sales goals.
• Assist with visual merchandising, store setup, and stock counts.
• Handle cash register operations at the point of sale.

Physical requirements:

• Standing and walking for most of the shift, with the ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and distinguish fabric patterns and colors.

Pay Range: $16.00-$20.00
