As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support multiple store areas.

• Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
• Support and promote a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process customer transactions, returns, and provide change following established procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery and maintenance activities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization standards throughout the store
• Provide and accept feedback constructively
• Comply with labor laws, policies, and safety standards
• Support store shrink reduction efforts
• Participate in safety initiatives to maintain a safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
