Job summary

IKEA is seeking a part-time, permanent retail associate in Massachusetts to join our store team. You will assist customers with home furnishing solutions, keep the floor clean and stocked, and act as a knowledgeable consultant on our products and services.

You’ll guide shoppers to top-selling items, assemble displays for new product introductions, and contribute to creating a welcoming, helpful shopping experience. Nights and weekends required.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector.

The hourly pay range for this role is $19.91-$28.12

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 19.91 USD to 28.12 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
