Position Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! Customer Service
• Complete assigned store tasks timely
• Operate cash registers and follow cash handling procedures
• Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures
• Maintain a safe environment with PPE
• Keep store appearance and merchandising standards
• Restock merchandise appropriately
• Use ZNET to assist customers
• Maintain product knowledge and current promotions
• Practice GOTTChA and assist with installing wipers, batteries, and bulbs
• Use OBDII to read vehicle codes and diagnose problems
• Communicate customer concerns and employee matters to management
• Develop customer service skills
• Provide honest advice on products

Position Requirements
